Welcome to Ace Motorcycle Safety, Inc.
Hi my name is Floyd Deffinger. I am the Program Director and a RiderCoach at Ace. I have been the Program Director for over 10 years. I have been instructing for over 15 years. I started instructing before I retired from the United States Navy. I served for 20 years. I have been married for over 29 years. My wife's name is Tamra. I have a 28-year-old daughter (Melissa),
a 10-year-old granddaughter (Lizzy), and a 2-year-old granddaughter (Mack) . I currently own a 2006 Kawasaki VN1600 Nomad. I am very passionate about riding motorcycles and teaching people to ride. I ride Rain or Shine, hot or cold, it does not matter. I have been riding since 1984. I have owned Yamaha’s, Kawasaki’s, Suzuki’s and Honda’s. I have rode a few Harley-Davidson’s in my time. As far as I am concerned there is no such thing as a bad Motorcycle. The only good Bike is the one that you own. You should not care what anyone else thinks about what you ride, as long as you are happy with it. That is all that matters. Be proud of your Bike and show it off. We are all Bikers no matter what we ride. If you want to have some fun and have a great experience at the same time, then come join us here at Ace. We believe in having fun, but we are also very dedicated to Quality Training. Look forward to seeing you soon and helping you to learn more about you and your Motorcycle.
