Welcome to Ace Motorcycle Safety, Inc. Hi my name is Floyd Deffinger. I am the Program Director and a RiderCoach at Ace. I have been the Program Director for over 10 years. I have been instructing for over 15 years. I started instructing before I retired from the United States Navy. I served for 20 years. I have been married for over 29 years. My wife's name is Tamra. I have a 28-year-old daughter (Melissa), a 10-year-old granddaughter (Lizzy), and a 2-year-old granddaughter (Mack) . I currently own a 2006 Kawasaki VN1600 Nomad. I am very passionate about riding motorcycles and teaching people to ride. I ride Rain or Shine, hot or cold, it does not matter. I have been riding since 1984. I have owned Yamaha’s, Kawasaki’s, Suzuki’s and Honda’s. I have rode a few Harley-Davidson’s in my time. As far as I am concerned there is no such thing as a bad Motorcycle. The only good Bike is the one that you own. You should not care what anyone else thinks about what you ride, as long as you are happy with it. That is all that matters. Be proud of your Bike and show it off. We are all Bikers no matter what we ride. If you want to have some fun and have a great experience at the same time, then come join us here at Ace. Hi my name is David Ryder. I ride a 2002 Suzuki Volusia VL800. I started riding shortly after I got my License to drive. More years ago than I care to admit. I am a RiderCoach because I believe in teaching safety on the streets & I want to help people learn one of the biggest joys in life. I have been through 3 Defensive Driving courses, Driver’s Education class & operate with a CDL class A license. I truly believe in safety awareness on our streets. I’m looking forward to you joining our 2-wheel family. - Ride safe – Ride aware.

Hi I'm Laura. I began Ace for the sole purpose of helping others learn to ride. I've been an RiderCoach at Ace from its beginning. I currently ride a HD Classic. I got my Endorsement about 17 years ago after completing this RiderCourse. I had been riding on and off most of my life off-street Bikes, the "Road Drivers" scared me along with the weight of the Bike. My Husband wanted to go to Sturgis, but we did not have a Bike, so off we go to shop, as you can guess, we bought one and had it trailered home. So we took the Course and gained the Knowledge & Confidence to ride the road and minimize as much of our risk as possible. I enjoyed it so much I became an RiderCoach, hoping to teach others what I gained from the Course and Ace was born. I hope you make the Decision to ride Safe and we see you at Ace soon.
